At Twilight Commercial Cleaning LLC, we specialize in industrial cleaning services that go beyond surface-level shine. One of our recent projects involved a large warehouse in need of a deep clean before it could be repurposed. The job was complex, but our experienced team tackled it with precision and purpose.

🏗️ The Challenge

Years of dirt, grease, and grime had built up across the warehouse’s walls and concrete floors. With no floor drain available, we had to innovate our cleaning and disposal methods. We also needed to meet OSHA standards and satisfy the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team’s requirements—all while working during business hours without disrupting operations.

🤝 Collaboration & Compliance

Our team partnered closely with the customer’s project manager to ensure every step aligned with OSHA and EHS protocols. We:

Completed OSHA training and written tests for all six team members assigned to the project.
Wore ear and eye protection, safety helmets, and harnesses while operating the scissor lift.
Used approved industrial cleaners.
Supplied Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for every chemical used.
Prevented water runoff and ensured all waste was disposed of off-site.

💪 The Process

To tackle the grease and grime:

Walls were cleaned using degreasers, towels, and electric scrubbers to minimize water usage due to electrical runs and lack of drainage. We also used a scissor lift and pressure washer.
Floors were treated with absorbents first, followed by degreasing, pressure washing, and scrubbing with a floor machine.
All wastewater was wet vacuumed and safely removed off-site for proper disposal.
